Player Profile and Segmentation Marketing Strategies
CMU has extensive relationships and knowledge in player marketing and particularly in player profiling. Profiling / Segmentation of players is critical in building and managing marketing strategies. CMU has developed tools which support forecasting of player profiles using key metrics that identify new player potential and current player forecasting. Player profiling should involve more than reacting to trends; it should anticipate potential change before it occurs and should influence behaviors to optimize opportunity for each individual operator and player.
